Dear family, this was a good week full of service. We got in contact with a previous investigator named Val and his wife Kayla, they are super cool. They have been investigating the church for awhile and have some big concerns with the Prophet Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon but hopefully we can get them to start progressing.
The couple we do yard work for each week is Doug and Marilyn they are super cool. We didn't get to go over there this week because it rained and cooled off. It felt so good. I got to start wearing my flannel shirt again it makes me so happy. On Friday we did service at this garden in front of another church. We go there every week and it started pouring rain and us and the sisters even decided we were just going to stay out there and play in the mud. I definitely didn't turn down an opportunity to get covered in mud!!!
Other than that we have just been working hard trying to find people to teach. I got my package, I loved it! The salsa made it and tasted so good. I don't need anything, I am doing good.My allergy's are starting to die off because it is not so hot anymore and the cooler weather helps. Yesterday I started my Doctrine and Covenants countdown. I read a section a night and I will finish the entire Doctrine and Covenants by the time I come home.
