Mormon Helping Hands

These missionaries are all in my district and the elders we went on splits with.

Dear family, This was a good week. On Tuesday Elder Peterson and I went on splits with a younger set of missionaries. They needed our help and were a little weird. Elder Peterson and I both said we were glad to have a good companion. We found a new investigator to teach, a man from Africa. 

We did a lot of service this week. Our ward did a service project clearing out this area at a boys and girls club. It was a jungle back there. We did lots of weed-eating and cutting trees and bushes. It was awesome! The Bishop gave everyone a Mormon Helping Hands t-shirt so we all matched. It was a great service project. 

That was a great story about Mater, it sounds like he is a little ADHD. You asked about speaking in church and I have some, but not too much. I have learned to be able to come up with things to say on the spot though! I love y'all so much. Have a great week!
