Elder Kershaw & Elder Seaborn
and their little friends...
What a joy it was to see our missionary on Christmas day! He is doing great and loves East Texas. He said if he didn't love home so much, he might just stay where he is forever! He has been in the Whitehouse/Tyler area for over 6 months now and has seen much progress. He is happy to have the members support in teaching others about the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is very grateful to the members there for their friendship and love during the holidays to help them feel loved. He obviously has two little admirers in the Johnson home :) He figures he will be transferred the end of January and many tears will be shed then. He has loved this area and felt he has accomplished much there.
He is happy and loves sharing the gospel. He told us how much he has enjoyed helping people come unto Christ and accept Him as their Savior. He wouldn't want to be doing anything else with his life right now. We love and miss him, but are so glad to see him well and happy!
Here is his letter from Monday 12/30/2013
Dear family, It was so good to see y'all on Christmas. That is all that I had wanted. This week has gone great. Brother Brock passed his baptism interview and will be baptized on Sunday. It is crazy to think how fast time has gone by. It sounds like y'all are doing great. It's hard to know what to say cuz I just talked to you. I love you all so much. Have a great week.
Love, Elder Kershaw
