Dear mom, this week was amazing. It was so cool to see Brother Brock be baptized. His wife was so happy and also his less active son. He and his wife (that is not a member) came too. We taught the restoration while he was changing and she was crying the spirit was so strong in that room. Elder Seaborn turned to me afterwards and said that was the most powerful lesson we had ever taught together. It was such a neat experience. It hit me yesterday that I have really come to love the people here in east Texas. My time here is dwindling, I am almost positive in about two weeks I will be getting transferred. Oh well I still have two baptisms to look forward to next week... Melvine and Kiya. This is a family that we brought back to church and his dad got the priesthood so he can baptize his son. Kiya is Tabitha's daughter and she wants me to baptize her because I baptized her mom. It is crazy how long I have been here and how close I have gotten with the members. There is this one family here that is going through a divorce. The husband basically left the family. She has teenage boys so we go over there to visit and hang out with them. The mom thanked us so much for the example we are to her kids. It was so neat to hear that. Other than that I am doing great. It sounds like y'all are busy and getting back into school. I love y'all so much.
Love always, Elder Kershaw
P.S. How is Steebo? I am sure he is fine I just didn't get to see him at Christmas
