On the mend
Dear mom this week was a lot better I have been very blessed. My arm is healing pretty well and I have good doctors taking care of me. I am feeling a lot better I just want these headaches to stop. Did you hear about the Ebola outbreak in Dallas? It is pretty scary, lots of members down here are talking about it. It has been slow with the missionary work because if I do too much I get really bad headaches. I have had to take naps but hopefully this week is better. Thank you for all the letters and packages, they really helped me. I can feel the love of my Savior and have drawn very close to him this past week. Momma Holm found a dentist for my 2 teeth that were cracked. It is very nice of the dentist to fix my teeth for free.
I am on chapter 20 in the Doctrine and Covenants.
Ethan is sure growing up! That is a very bright orange you painted in his room, I'm surprised dad let him do that, it looks good though!
Elder Anderson is a great kid. He just graduated and I am backup training him. He is still very green and getting used to being a missionary, but has a strong desire to be a good one. Other than that not a whole lot is going on. General Conference was amazing! I think it is so much better on the mission, I actually pay attention and get something out of it. I shared your banana bread in between conference with all my district and they loved it. Your new name in my district is Momma Kershaw I thought you would appreciate that.
I love y'all so much, see you in seventeen weeks!
Love, Elder Kershaw
