Meeting with an Apostle and visiting the Temple

Dear Family, This has been a great week. On Tuesday we found a new investigator. His name is Donald. He lives in Jacksonville which is at the bottom of our area so it is harder to get there. He is a good guy. Very poor.
On Tuesday we got to go to the Temple in Dallas and be with Elder Anderson of the twelve apostles. I got to talk to him and shake his hand.  It was such a great day. I love going to the Temple and finding direction in my life. The Fort Worth Mission met with us so there was a ton of missionaries.

Elder Anderson talked to us about the Atonement and how we need to access it better as missionaries. Christ will help us become better and we are on a mission for our growth as much as the people we teach.

The Gallamore's baby had another procedure done. He had a camera put down his stomach and all went well. He should be able to heal up and be a normal baby.

Transfers came and Elder Hahn is leaving to serve in Garland. I am going to be with Elder Baldez. He has been a missionary for about 20 months and I hear he is pretty cool. I am excited to serve and learn with him.

That is crazy to hear about people I graduated with are getting married. That's just weird! I don't hear from Colton much. That's cool he is going to be a pastor. He will be good at it. That is so neat y'all get to go to conference. I remember when I went. It is so neat to be in the same room as the prophet. In my next letter or package could you send me a road map of Idaho so I can show my companions where I'm from and also could you put a little money on my card. It's a little harder not living with members. There are more things I have to buy.

I love y'all so much. Have a wonderful week.
Love Always,
Elder Kershaw
